In 1996, she began her career as a model and dancer, appearing on A todo dar on TC Televisión for a period of ten months when she was only 17 years old, becoming known for her performance as “La Mosca.” Later in 1996, she appeared in the comedy program Ni en Vivo y Directo alongside David Reinoso, Jorge Toledo Orbe, and Galo Recalde during its five-year run. She and much of the cast of Ni en Vivo y Directo, particularly Reinoso, later joined Ecuavisa for a new program, Vivos, which aired for seven years. In 2008, Palomeque and the cast of Vivos moved to Teleamazonas, where she became the protagonist of La Pareja Feliz, portraying “La Mofle,” in a series that ran for four seasons. In 2010, she appeared in the sequel to El Cholito, which originally came from Mostro de Amor. Palomeque also acted in the 2011–2012 comedy La Tremebunda Corte, a parody of La Tremenda Corte by Leopoldo Fernández. The following year, she became the host of the comedy talk show No Culpes a la Mofle, starring as the main character “La Mofle.”
